Our buildings are all constructed to an excellent and unmatched standard, meeting the same building regulations standards as a new build house. We carry out the groundworks and foundations inhouse, usually a combination of concrete strip and ground screws guaranteed to stand the test of time

Our garden rooms are handed over to you fully plastered and decorated using the paint and colour of your choice.

After a consultation with one of our team, we will design a completely bespoke solution and provide you with a free quotation. Our garden rooms are designed and built to meet building regulations and planning restrictions.

All electrical work is carried out by our fully qualified electricians to meet Part P building regulations. You can choose an electrics configuration to suit your requirements. Options include an Independent consumer unit, armored cable from the house, USB sockets, ethernet cable, dimmable lights,

Reclaimed brickwork
Locally sourced reclaimed bricks have been used to create a unique and characterful frontage, laid with traditional lime mortar.

Manufactured in Sweden from sheet steel, Lindab Guttering is becoming increasingly popular with it now becoming more and more recognised for its durability and environmental benefits over PVC guttering.
Heritage style electric radiator with a smart thermostat
This vintage style column radiator adds a touch of authenticity to the room, with the added benefit of a wi-fi controlled thermostat for greater control.

What are the first steps
We provide a free on-site consultation service, allowing us to have a comprehensive look at your location, land and access. How are your garden rooms heated?
Our garden rooms are fitted with wall mounted electric radiators as standard, with the option of a wifi controlled thermostat
Can I have a completely bespoke garden room design?
We work with a local architect and can design a completely bespoke design to your tastes and requirements
Can you soundproof my garden room?
We don’t offer a completely sound proof solution for your garden room. We do, however, offer an acoustic pack which reduces the transfer of sound to approximately -45db – however this is not ‘sound proof’. Although we use industry-leading acoustically laminated glass, this is the least effective component of our acoustic pack. Please bear in mind that the more glass you opt for on your garden room, the lesser the effect the acoustic pack will have.
Do we pay separately for the foundation base?
The base is included in the cost. After a site survey we will establish the most appropriate foundation system and include it in your quotation.
Do you offer a decorating service?
Yes, we usually give a separate price for decorating as some customers prefer to do their own
Can I have a toilet in my garden room
If you are looking to install a bathroom or other facility that would require water to your building, we have our own plumber on hand to carry out all plumbing work required.
Do I Need Planning Permission?
Planning permission is not normally required as our buildings fall under permitted development (built under 2.5m high externally). Most houses, even in conservation areas and areas of outstanding natural beauty (AONB), have permitted development rights. Flats and listed buildings have no permitted development rights, so will always need planning permission. Don’t worry though, as planning is a relatively simple process for our garden rooms and we are on-hand to help with this process.
Do your garden rooms come with a guarantee?
All of our buildings come with a 10-year structural guarantee.
How do I get the internet in my garden room?
The best solution is to run a full armoured CAT 6 network cable from the router in your house to the garden building. This will usually follow the same route as your main power cable and we can quote for this at your free design consultation.
How long does it take to build?
After the foundations are in place we aim to complete the build in around 3 weeks depending on the design.
How well insulated are your garden rooms?
We use a class leading multi-layer wall system incorporating 75mm of PIR insulation, 100mm PIR in the floor and roof, double glazed aluminium doors. As a result our garden rooms are extremely thermally efficient.
Do you offer electrical connection to the house?
Our qualified electrician will make the electrical connection to the house using underground armoured cable and a independent consumer unit
